November 2020 proudly marks the preface of the grandiose Rock Bottom franchise into the public domain, making an international splash come 2021.

Do what you love and love what you do. The words that empowered a young Indian man’s journey into an unknown and foreign land. Armed with the experience at a leading chain in India, The Taj, Leslie Gomez recognised the potential Malaysia had to offer and braved the way to carve his path. What started out as a simple aspiration for him has now expanded into an 18 outlet enterprise that employs over 400 staff.
The Founder and Managing Director of The Olive Tree Group has spread his wings across the Malaysian peninsula with the establishment of outlets in Kuala Lumpur, Genting Highlands, Johor, Malacca and Penang. Under Leslie’s helm, the outlets are now recognised as one of the more prominent fine dining rendezvous to experience unparalleled gastronomical affair.
Leslie Gomez’s lead has amounted to the paramount recognition of the group in the business world with many accolades and awards from reputed establishments. From 2003 to 2020, the group has been awarded with distinctions on one of the best places to visit, eat and drink.
